Return Policy

If you'd like to return one of our items, please contact us at, including the reason for your return. We reserve the right not to process returns without valid reason, especially when it comes to our head coverings, for reasons of personal hygiene. Any return that has not been approved by a member of our customer service team will be considered unauthorized and will not be processed. Should your return meet our return policy conditions, please allow up to five business days from receipt of merchandise at our facility for your return to be processed. Please note that dependent on the financial institution of your original payment method, it may take additional time for your refund to be reflected in your account, and that we are unable to expedite this process. Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, store credit, or refund, should your return meet the conditions of our policy.


Items must be returned in their original condition (tags attached, item unwashed and unworn). If returned merchandise does not meet our return policy conditions, you will forfeit compensation and the merchandise will be donated to a local charity.


For reasons of personal hygiene, we do not accept the return or exchange of our head coverings without what is considered valid reason by a member of our customer service team.


1.  Find order number.

This can be found in your confirmation email.

     2. Print return label.

    If your return is approved, we'll send you a pre-paid return label. 

    3. Attach return label.

    Please ensure item(s) are packaged securely. If you are reusing the original packaging, you will need to cover the previous shipping label with the new return label. You will receive a refund notification from a member of our customer service team once your return has been processed. Please note that refund to your original payment method may take up to five business days from the time of processing, and longer dependent on the financial institution of your original payment method.  


    Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee your item will be available for exchange. Exchanges are processed for the amount originally paid, even if the price has changed since purchase. 


    All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If a gift card was used to pay for all or part of the order, the refunded amount will go back to the gift card first. Any remaining funds will then be issued to the second form of payment.

    As with domestic returns, all international returns must be approved in advance by a member of our customer service team. We endeavor to cover any shipping-related expenses in the event that your return meets the conditions of our policy.
